Please read all terms carefully before using this platform — make sure you fully understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the btedt platform and all its services. btedt is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
btedt reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect once published on the website. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Registration & Personal Information
To create an account at btedt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false information provided at the time of registration may result in account cancellation.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password or access details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
2.3 Identity Verification
To fully use any btedt service and to process withdrawals, players may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC). This process may require submission of a national identity card or other relevant documents.
3. Age Restriction & Eligibility Requirements
btedt services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are not permitted to create an account or play any games.
Age Restriction: For individuals aged 21 and above only. Failure to verify age will result in immediate account closure.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in legal action.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
btedt currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than those listed are currently accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all payment methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
btedt may conduct security checks before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals may be put on hold if any unusual activity is detected.
To withdraw from a bonus balance, wagering requirements must be completed (see Section 5 below for details).
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
btedt offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000.
Example 1: You deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: You deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus up to ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms
- Each player may claim a bonus only once per promotion.
- Bonuses are only usable on the games listed on btedt's promotions page.
- If the deposit is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- btedt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
btedt's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades are determined based on player activity and the relevant criteria. btedt reserves the right to change its VIP policy.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
btedt is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. All players must follow the rules below:
- Each game must be played according to its specific rules and results must be accepted honestly.
- Using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play is prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate or fix game results is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting any technical glitch or bug is completely prohibited. If such an incident is detected, any winnings obtained will be voided.
Bet limits may apply in the btedt sports betting section. btedt reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly in cases of unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited at btedt and will result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Fraudulently exploiting bonuses or promotions
- Creating an account using another person's information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Transferring or selling an account to a third party
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
- Any attempt to hack or intrude into btedt's systems or network
- Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against btedt
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Actions by btedt
btedt reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraud or deception
- The need to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- For security-related reasons
- By order of a court or relevant authority
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure Request

9. Limitation of Liability
btedt provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for any losses caused by technical outages, connection failures, or third-party software issues.
Gaming is a risk-based activity. Players participate with full awareness of the risks, and btedt is not responsible for their winnings or losses. Under no circumstances shall btedt's total liability exceed the balance deposited in a user's account.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

Separate special terms may apply to certain services or games. In the event of a conflict, the special terms will take precedence over the general terms.
